COLD SHIPPING: This product ships only Monday-Thursday to avoid weekend postal delays. From March to October, it ships in an insulated pouch with a frozen ice pack, which thaws gradually in transit. If your product is not cold when it arrives, this is OK. Sweet's Syrup with Raw Honey has been successfully tested for safety and quality at elevated temps for several days. Simply refrigerate upon arrival. Contact us with any questions.

STORAGE: Sweet's Syrup with Raw Honey MUST be refrigerated. Each bottle has a sell-by date on the bottom. This is NOT an expiration date. Unopened bottles stored in the fridge are good for 2-3 months from the sell-by date. Once a bottle is opened, consume within 3-4 weeks. Freeze syrup in ice cube trays for longer-term storage.  One cube equals one dose, and it's delicious dropped in tea, lemonade, or a smoothie!
