Sweet's Elderberry sells and ships only to US addresses.  Please read the details below.

Cold Shipping: Sweet’s Syrup is sold only within the mainland USA and is shipped Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend postal delays and ensure the product arrives within the proper temperature range. If your Syrup arrives around room temperature, this is OK. Sweet’s has been successfully tested for short-term safety in this range. Simply get your Syrup into the fridge ASAP.  During the summer, we strongly advise watching your tracking number so you can collect your package as quickly as possible.

Non-Refrigerated Shipping: Sweet’s Elderberry Shrub, DIY Kits, Dried Berries, Extract, Tincture, and other shelf-stable merchandise can be shipped to all 50 US states, along with territories and military PO addresses.  These items will NOT arrive with an ice pack and may ship out any day of the week, within 1-3 business days of your order.  Please store your items in a cool, dry place once you receive them. Sweet’s Elderberry Shrub and Extract should be refrigerated AFTER opening.


We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with your product, please contact us at info@sweetselderberry.com to discuss your experience, and be prepared to submit a photo of the lot number (white tag on the bottom of your bottle or back of your bag). We'll work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction and may provide a replacement product. Please be advised that postal delays are not within our control, but we make every effort to ensure your product arrives safe and sound. Your order confirmation email will contain a tracking number.
