Organic elderberries, filtered water, organic spices (cinnamon, clove, and ginger) are blended with raw Carolina honey that's rotated seasonally, giving you the pollen blend you need, at just the right time.

Preservative-free Sweet's Syrup requires refrigeration. There is a sell-by date on the bottom of the bottle. This is not an expiration date. Unopened syrup kept in the fridge will be safe for 2-3 months past this date. Once opened, use your syrup within 3-4 weeks. Freeze syrup in ice-cube trays for longer storage - they're great in smoothies, tea, lemonade and more!
